Ive been searching for YEARS for the best chilli recipe, and I have never found one that really covers all the criteria for me. I like spicy, a little sweetness and savoury when it comes to chilli (and something that doesn't take like pure tomato sauce either). I decided to keep it simple with this recipe; it is LOADED with vegetables and surprisingly enough, not that many spices, but it is packed with the flavour that I have been looking for.
